You may be referred to as either the “client” or “customer”, “student” or “participant”. Marielinde Bach is the “supplier”. “Readings”, “coachings”, “processes” , or “sessions” are services provided, either live or recorded, on video call, on the phone or in-person. 

Services:

The client purchases the product or service (Human Design Readings or Human Design Coaching packages) as described on the sales page as of the date of purchase. Each service includes only what is stated on the sales page or description of the service. Schedulings and bookings will be confirmed once payment has been made. To provide any of the services I offer, I require the date of birth, time of birth and place of birth of the client, in order to generate the Human Design Chart. It is the clients responsibility to provide this information accurately. (I care about the safety of your data see GDPR & Privacy Policy)

Payment:
Payment is conducted via stripe or via bank transfer. The payment form uses HTTPS and other security best practices in accordance with PCI standards. Payment is made in Euro, bookings are confirmed once payment has been made.

Refund policy:
You have the opportunity for a free discovery call with me, to see if we are a good fit for working together. 

Once I have completed a single-session reading or coaching, there will be no refund. If you decide to cancel a package of more than one session, you will pay for the number of sessions you have completed at the rate that applies for a package of that number of sessions. For example, if you have booked an 8-session-package but cancel after the first session, the rate for a single-session package applies. A request for a refund must be made in writing (email) as soon as possible, but at the latest 24 hours before the next scheduled session. Refunds will be made using the same payment method with which payment was made. 

Rescheduling:

Rescheduling of a session is possible up to 24 hours before the appointment. If the session is cancelled at shorter notice I have to charge the amount for the service in full. 

Recordings:
I will make recordings of every session by default. This recording is for the use of the client only, and will never be shared with a third party. If you do not want a recording, let me know and I will confirm via email that I am not recording. If you have not received such an email, I will record the session by default.
A download link to the audio recording will be provided within 48 hours of the session.
